Terms & Service Agreement

AsanConnect provides communications infrastructure, including WhatsApp Cloud API connectors, shared multi-agent inbox software, chatbots, and transactional webhooks.

AsanConnect is the technology communications arm of AsanPay Innovation Pvt. Ltd. ( https://asanpay.in). Financial settlements, agent banking, and merchant acquiring are governed by AsanPay Innovation Pvt. Ltd. Master Merchant agreements.

To connect a phone number to the WhatsApp Cloud API, clients must undergo Meta Business Verification and comply with WhatsApp Commerce Policies. Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their Business Manager accounts, system user tokens, and webhooks.

You agree not to utilize AsanConnect communication channels for:

• Sending unsolicited spam, deceptive lotteries, or phishing schemes.
• Transmitting unauthorized copyrighted content or malicious software attachments.
• Impersonating government entities, financial institutions, or other brands.
• Purchasing third-party telephone scrapings without prior opt-in authorization.

Violations may result in immediate rate-limiting or suspension of messaging gateways to safeguard phone number quality rating on Meta.

While AsanConnect targets 99.99% system availability for API routing, message transmission speed depends on telecom networks and Meta Cloud API uptime. Outages or downtime originating from upstream Meta infrastructure are governed by Meta status SLAs.

All software code, user interface designs, proprietary algorithms, and brand trademarks (including AsanConnect and AsanPay) remain the exclusive intellectual property of AsanPay Innovation Pvt. Ltd.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
